Before you upload

How long does it take?

Usually two to three minutes. You can leave the page — the finished video waits in History, or at the link we email you.

Does the photo need sky in it?

It helps but is not required: the plane is added above you either way. Outdoor photos look the most convincing.

Will I still look like me?

Yes. The movement is generated from your photo; your face stays yours.

What if it fails or looks wrong?

A failed video is refunded automatically. If it finished but something is off, write to support with the link to your video and we will review it.
