A standard video costs 100 credits and an HD video 220. Credits are only used for videos that are made: if one fails, its credits come back automatically.
HD videos are made at a higher resolution (720p instead of 480p), which costs us about twice as much to generate.
Pack credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. Unused credits expire after that.
No. Each month's credits are for that month: what is left when your plan renews does not carry over. Plan credits are always used before pack credits.
Any time, from your account (Account → Manage subscription & invoices), or with the one-click link in the reminder we email 3 days before each renewal. Your plan keeps running, with its credits, until the end of the period you paid for — nothing more is charged.
Yes. An upgrade starts right away: you pay the prorated difference and get the extra credits now. A downgrade starts at your next renewal.
Yes — pick an effect, pay once, and get your video by email. If it fails, the payment is refunded to your card automatically.
